After dispatching Ishita with the rest doctors to the military, Vivhaan sat inside his cabin peacefully and looked at the list of operations he will handle to others. Just then there was a knock.

"Come in" Vivhaan called out and Sanvi came inside with two coffee cups. "Oh good morning Sanvi" Vivhaan greeted with a warm smile.

"I am sorry for yesterday" Sanvi said while passing the coffee to him.

"Oh ..I am also sorry. I shouldn't have reacted like that" Vivhaan said with a sweet smile and it was enough to make Sanvi's heart flutter. "Well I'll be off for a week or two. Hope you won't get in trouble" Vivhaan said and Sanvi looked at him being confused.

"Why ? I heard you don't take leaves" Sanvi asked and Vivhaan nodded.

"I need to go for some personal work. Focus on your work Sanvi" Vivhaan said and got up from the chair.

"Tum nhi rhoge toh mai ky karungi" Sanvi muttered under her breath.

"Kuch kaha tumne ?" Vivhaan asked as he didn't hear her.

"Kuch suna tumne ?" Sanvi asked and he just shook his head. "Tab kuch nhi kaha" Sanvi said and walked out of his cabin.

S I D D H A R T H

I walked inside my base to change into my uniform as soon as I reached the military camp. I opened my drawer and Sourav stood beside me. Lieutenant Sourav. We have been friends since I joined NDA.

"Mood kharab hai ?" Sourav asked and I looked at him in disbelief.

"Don't tease me" I said and pulled out my uniform. But before i could go to the washroom Arya stood beside Sourav.

"Kuch jyda mood kharab hai" She said and I narrowed my eyes at both.

"Kis doctor ne meri chutti kha li ? Aru gussa hogya bhai" I said with a chuckle. The way he didn't look at me. I know he won't talk to me for few days.

"Arey Mera bacha" She said and hugged me. I hugged her back too.

"I don't know ab mai ky karu" I said and pulled away from her.

"Don't worry. He will calm down. Abhi toh filhal jaldi ready ho jao. Everyone is waiting" Arya said and walked out of the base.

I came back after changing into uniform and put the cap on my head before standing infornt of whole commandar and doctors that arrived but we waited— someone who didn't reach yet.

"Where is she ?" Chief asked as the newly arrived doctors and Arya— the head of military medicine, are here  except one.

Just then that girl walked inside and walked and walked till she stood in the middle of assembly. Wait I think she is Ishita. She stood infornt of me not only infront of me but in middle of the hall. All looked at her surprisingly but she was only looking at me.

I cleared my throat to gain her attention but she was lost. Where ? Did i wear something wrong ? Why is she looking at me ?

"You are in the middle" I spoke lowly. She looked around immediately and stood beside me. I looked at her being shocked.

"Sorry" She said in panic and tried to act nothing happened.

"Galt jagah khadi ho" I said and she looked at me but before our eyes can meet she looked away. I guestured her towards the doctor section and she walked there immediately.

Ajeeb hai.

"Commandars we likely to inform you that the doctor team is here and I would like you all to co-operate with all" Chief said with an commanding tone.

"YESS SIR !!" Everyone shouted.

"Captian Siddharth and head of medicine captain Arya will help the team. Thank you" Chief said and we all saluted as he walked off.

I walked out with Sourav but Arya held my hands and dragged me to the doctor team.

"You are already famous" Arya said and I looked at her being disguised. I smiled at the doctor and nodded in approval as they all told me their names except one.

"I am going" I said and turned to leave but Arya didn't let me.

"You aren't going anywhere Siddharth. We both have been assigned for this" Arya said and I nodded at her with a smile. No one can win against her.

I walked into the medicine camp with all the doctors and nurses and showed them whole medicine camp.

"So this is the camp where you all are checking up everyone. You rooms will be just opposite to the camp. You all can rest your bags there" Arya said while i took a medicine and read it but she snatched it back to get my attention.

"I am listening" I said and nodded at her.

"You weren't" She said with a glare and I looked ahead. "I heard here is a doctor that isn't that experienced ?" Arya asked.

"Me" Ishita said and came infornt of Arya. Arya smiled at her.

"Don't worry. You will understand everything on time. I am the head here and he is captain Siddharth" Arya said and guestured towards me.

" I know her" I said and Arya looked at me being impressed.

"I'm Ishita Chauhan" She said with a little low tone. I looked at rest of the doctors but got shocked as Arya screamed in happiness.

"Vivhaan sir's sister ? Omg" Arya said and hugged her. What's so special?

"You also know him" Ishita smiled at her. Arya pulled away.

"Who doesn't ? He is the best doctor. We all know him" Arya said and smiled. "Okay you all look at the things and get some rest today" Arya said and pulled me out of the camp while holding my hands.

"What are you doing ?" I asked but she still dragged me to the back side of the base. A small lawn.

"Focus on work Siddharth. You are distracted due to Arav ?" She asked and put her hands on her waist.

"No I am just tired" I said and looked away.
Sourav also came and joined us.

"You two enjoy alot without me" Sourav said with a chuckle.

"I am getting back to work" I said and walked out of the lawn but there Ishita was standing but as she saw me she looked up at the sky like she is watching something. I shook my head and walked ahead of her.

After Ishita settled her bags and everything in her drawer she went out with all as Arya was telling them everything about the medicine camp.

"You all can roam around but don't go to away alright?" Arya said with a smile and walked to the medicine area to check parcels.

Ishita followed her closely and stood beside her. Ishita saw how Siddharth talks with her so freely and it somehow made her think if they are close.

"Are you two close ?" Ishita asked and looked at the medicine as she didn't want to look at her.

"Me and Siddharth?" Arya asked and Ishita nodded still not looking at her. "Well yess. We are. You two know each other right ?"

"Yes we do" Ishita said and tried to act like nothing happened but it somehow made her curious to know more about Siddharth and Arya.

"He didn't say anything about you maybe you two aren't close. Because I know about Reyansh and Ansh" Arya said with a smiled and Ishita looked at her.

"Ofc we ....aren't close. We just met....in between... sometimes" Ishita said and walked away from her. She was confused why is she getting jealous. But here is she getting jealous over something she don't have any rights.

At night, Siddharth Arya and Sourav sat together to have dinner together.

"Tomorrow everyone is going to get a medical check up right ?" Sourav asked and Siddharth nodded at him. As soon as Siddharth finished his dinner he stood up to go but a girl bumped behind him and he looked behind to see.

Ishita, rubbing her head. "Dekh ke nhi chal skte ?" She asked.

"Me ?" Siddharth asked and Ishita finaly looked at him. Her cheeks started getting a light tint shade and she looked away immediately.

"Nhi meri galti thi" She said and ran from there as she was feeling embarrassed. Siddharth got confused but he let it aside and went to the back lawn to talk to Arav.

The care taker picked up the call and passed the phone to Arav who was busy in writing homework. Arav put the phone on speaker and didn't say anything.

"Gussa hai lgta hai koi ?" Siddharth said with a chuckle but Arav didn't reply anything so he continued. "I promise jab agli baar aaunga na toh time se phle nhi jaunga Aru. Please talk to me" Siddharth said and hoped Arav to say something back but he didn't.

"Banaras leke jaunga aur phir vrindawan bhi. Tumhare Krishna ke paas" Siddharth said to impress him but it didn't work as Arav knows he is again lieing.  "Tumne apni favourite chocolate khaya ? Bag ke andar hoga ?" Siddharth asked and Arav ears grew big at the mention of chocolate.

Arav walked to the bag and saw so many chocolates inside and jumped in happiness. After hearing his giggles finally Siddharth smiled and felt relieved.

"Aru ?" Siddharth called softly but Arav didn't reply. "Please talk to me. You know your dada feel bad when you don't talk to me" Siddharth said with softness but behind it he was feeling bad.

"Mujhe apse baat nhi karni" Arav said and continued doing his homework.

"Ky chahiye ? I'll buy it for you" Siddharth said.

"Sabke mumma papa unko ghumane le jate hai. Sabkoi apne mumma papa ki baatein karte hai....." Arav said and stopped. Siddharth looked up at the sky feeling bad at Arav's words.

"Continue" Siddharth said but his eyes were already forming tears but he wanted to hear Arav. Arav usually doesn't talk about parents things and Siddharth knows how much Arav is sad.

"Aap mujhe mumma ke paas bhi nhi le gye. I wanted to meet her" Arav said lowly and Siddharth inhaled deeply to gather courage to say back.

"Sorry. Kaam aagya tha Aru. Next time we will visit mumma okay ?" Siddharth said softly.

"Aap bhi mumma se bohot pyaar karte ho na jaise mere frnds ke papa unki mumma se karte hai ?" Arav asked with a smile to listen some old memories of them.

"Hmm" Siddharth hummed and wiped his face with his palms.

"Mujhe homework mila hai. Apne......mumma papa ke sath....ke upar kuch likhne ko" Arav said and there Siddharth's heart was getting heavy.

"Ky likhna hai ?" Siddharth asked and started thinking something.

"Should I write you love me and mumma the most ?" Arav asked with a giggle.

"Likh do" Siddharth smiled as he heard Arav's giggle. Finding a strange kind of comfort and peace in his son's happiness.

There inside the camp. Whole unit and doctors sat together as today was radio night. Sourav set the radio while Ishita stood by the door as everything for her was new.

"Siddharth abhi tak nhi aya ?" Sourav asked as he looked at the crowd not finding Siddharth. "Doctor Ishita ? Can you go and call him ? He might be talking, back at the lawn" Sourav asked.

Ishita's heart raced at the thought of calling him but she nodded somehow. She walked back at the lawn to find him.

"Ky bolungi unko ? Naam toh liya nhi hai aajtak maine unka. Apko bula rhe hai ? Suniye ? Nhi nhi Sourav bula rhe hai" Ishita said and walked while thinking about what to say him or not. But she walked in the wrong direction as she didn't pay attention.

Before she could pass the line where it's forbidden to go Siddharth grabbed her arm and pulled her away. Ishita gasped in surprise and turned to look at the person but her heart started running so fast that it could win marathon. She immediately pulled her arm away from his grip but it only made him confused by her act but he didn't mind.

"You can't roam around like this. This area doesn't allow anyone to come. Hope i am clear doctor?" Siddharth asked and looked ahead to see if anyone saw them. Ishita looked at him as he didn't call her by name but— doctor. "Follow me" Siddharth said and walked ahead.

"Arey.... suniye" Ishita said to stop him.

"Sunaiye ?" Siddharth said and turned to look at her. Her heart was dancing like crazy and she just wanted to shout loud but she composed herself.

"Apko....bula rhe the sab" She said fastly and ran ahead of him leaving him confused.

He entered the base and sat beside Sourav on the ground as the radio was playing different songs and some were humming the tune and some were singing along.

Siddharth just sat there looking down enjoying the music but there were a pair of eyes who were watching him only ignoring the radio and everything without his acknowledgement.

Vivhaan finally reached US and the first thing he did was to reach the bridge where everything in his life started.

A bridge where Rooh and Vivhaan met. He stared at the water down and started thinking about the past. He came here to again re-live the things he expirenced.

"I knew you will come here" Aditya said from behind to which Vivhaan chuckled.

"And I knew you will also come here" Vivhaan said still looking at the water. Aditya stood beside him gazing at the water.

"I was just passing by" Aditya said but Vivhaan knew he was just lieing but he didn't say anything further. "Last year....the one who did all that is dead" Aditya said and Vivhaan looked at him.

"That Gupta ? Don't tell me you killed him" Vivhaan said and again looked at the water.

"I didn't. Maybe I did" Aditya said not knowing how much he should tell Vivhaan.

"Mujhe revenge nhi chahiye Aditya. Stop chasing on something whom you don't even know" Vivhaan said and exhaled deeply.

"Maybe if you haven't met me. She would be alive now" Aditya said and Vivhaan snapped his head to him.

"Pagal hai ? It didn't happen because of you" Vivhaan said with a glare.

"They were behind me and you know what happened after that" Aditya exhaled deeply, a unknown burden on his chest that he cannot run from.

"Who are they ? You don't even know them." Vivhaan said and ran his hand across his hair.

"I'll find them" Aditya said and his face darkened.

"Mat kar. Criminal ban jayega. Let it aside. Anya is pregnant so focus on her" Vivhaan said and looked away.

"Yes I am going back india. She wasn't feeling good. You don't do anything strange here. And" Aditya stopped and looked at Vivhaan finally. Vivhaan too turn to look at him. "Come back to work after your trip" Aditya said and Vivhaan nodded. Aditya finally walked out and Vivhaan just stare at the river.
