"Truth" Siya said

"Anya or me" Harshit said

"Ofc you ....she is just friend . I thought she will annoy me less since she got married but guess what ? She is still annoying me and I'm still trying to act like i care" Siya said

It broke my heart .

She was the only person I had but since Harshit came everything changed .

I lost her !!!!!

It's okay atleast she is happy. I have no problem with it but after what I heard broke my heart more

"Her father asked me to convince her for the orphanage as she listens to me" Siya said

"Yes , she trusts you blindly" Harshit said and laughed .

"That orphanage is close to her heart . It was of her Nani's orphanage. Her father is soo much greedy. He wants to sell that orphanage for a good amount of money" Siya said .

"So will you convince her ?" Harshit asked .

"I think soo . What will I get ? So I'll try to convince her . It depends on her what she wants to do or not" Siya said .

So it means she doesn't care about my feelings at all ? . I never made any other friends cause I thought Siya is enough for me. But now I'm feeling lonely.

I walked out of the hospital as I don't wanna see her for now atleast.

Why bad things happens with me only ? No parents love, broken friendship, brother is also busy with his girlfriend and marriage is also sinking.

I was sitting in the garden when Siya came . I stood up

"What are you doing here ? You didn't even come to meet me" Siya said with disappointment

"I was busy" I said looking down .

"Busy ? Huh !! From when you got busy ? I thought I was your priority" Siya said .

"You really are my priority Siya .....but is it the same from your side ?" I asked

"Ofc" she said simply .

I can't hide it anymore. The ignorance I am facing from 1 year is too much to bear .

"Liar .....your priority is Harshit" I said

"So ? He is my first priority. I love him and I'm going to spend my life with him ...you aren't going to live with me in future" She said rudely .

"Siya ....you have changed since he came into your life" I said

"It's your problem if you think like that ....Anya we are just friends-" she said

"We aren't just friends !!!! We were bestfriends. We used to talk like sisters" I cut her in between.

"Tumne hamari 15 saal ki dosti tor di wo bhi kiske liye , the one whom you know for a year ?" I said with tears.

Idk if I'm overacting but this friendship was everything for me . Who says breakup hurts the most . Have you ever experienced a friendship break up ?

"You are overreacting....that's the reason why everyone leaves you" she said .

She isn't lying.  Yes everyone leaves me because I trust them soo easily but she wasn't everyone . She was Siya , my Siya .

"You already know what that Orphanage means to me" I said .

She looked at me being shocked. 

"Look Anya ....I am not interested in your life . It was you , who always used to tell me everything. I don't want to be friends with you anymore" Siya said while shouting.

It broke my heart . What did I do ? Did I do something wrong ? Should I ask her to forgive me like I used to do everytime ? .

"Why the hell you are shouting?" Aditya asked coming in between .

I grabbed his coat from back . I don't want him to say anything bad to Siya

"Why are you interfering ?" Siya said. 

"Because she is my wife " Aditya said in anger .

"Wife ? Huh ? The one whom you didn't even touched ?" She started laughing.

The next day,  at orphanage when Aditya dropped me . Rohan bhaiya came .

I told him everything because I thought he will understand me but

"Where's the lie Anya ? Why will she choose you ? Harshit will be her husband. She didn't do anything wrong" He said .

"But the thing isn't that" I tried to explain .

"It is ....why do you expect her to choose you ? You aren't going to live with her in future" he said .

Now my own brother isn't understanding me . But I can understand he have a girlfriend. So he is thinking like that. It's alright I can understand him too.

But why no one can understand me ? I hope someone can understand me better than me.

"Will you be happy if Aditya choose his friend instead of you ?" He said .

I woke up and saw him sleeping on the couch again . I don't know when I slept while telling him what happened.

I took shower and wore a light green saree and went to kitchen to help Maa .

"Uth gye ?" She asked . I nodded while smiling .

Idk why but Maa is soo caring and genuine. Aditya is lucky to have her as his mother. We were talking while preparing the breakfast then Ansh came .

"Maa , Adi bhaiya is saying if I'll buy a sports car then he will complain to papa" he said while hugging her from behind .

He is such a pampered child of this house . But I wonder why? Kriti is the youngest but still Ansh is the favourite kid of everyone.

"I'll talk to him" Maa said .

"Yess ,then he can't say no" Ansh said being happy.

"Bhabhi ?" He said . And I realised I am staring at them . I looked away .

This family have became a part of me. This what a family called. And there my parents .... always fighting. But still the mistery isn't solved who game money for me ? My dad is addicted to gambling so I'm not surprised but someone from this family gave money for me ? Is there any reason ? Is it Aditya ? No he doesn't even like me.

We were eating breakfast until Maa dropped bombshell.

"Aditya and Anya you both are going to Switzerland for your honeymoon"

We both choked on our food .

"Paani" Ansh offered to both of us . He really enjoys these things I guess .

I took the water from his hand. 

"No excuses .....you both are going" his dad said .

We both nodded. His dad handled me the ticket .

OMG!!!!! It's in about 2 days . This fast ??? .

"You aren't going hospital today also ?" I asked as she again told me to drop at the orphanage.

"I'll continue after some days" she said looking out of the window .

Ik she is trying to avoid her friend and her pain. It's not like I want to know everything but I don't want her to be sad either. Hope she will recover soon. I never had friends in my life so I can't imagine what's going on in her head. But I can understand the sudden loss of some people whom you want forever in your life.

"I didn't judged you Anya" I said looking straight at the road .

She looked at me "About what ?"

"Ik it didn't hurted you because she didn't chose you .....it hurted you because of something else" I said

Idk how but I can understand the words she doesn't say .

"True ....." She looked out of the window. "Wow the flowers are looking pretty" .

I looked at the flowers . She likes flowers ? Every girl likes .

I dropped her at the orphanage and went to my office .

At the office , when I was working on the project Advit came and said,

"Bhaiya they might be behind bhabhi"

"I know" I said

URGH!!! I'm again late . Hope she didn't skip her dinner because of me.

As I reached outside of the room I heard her shouting .

"Bachao Bachao"

The room is sound proof so the voice doesn't come out too much .

What's going on ? Is she okay ?

I opened the door and saw her on bed with pillow . Who scared her ? Who is here ?

I looked around the room in panic mode . "Anya?"

She jumped on me and as a reflex I catched her .

"Adi ..... cockroch.....save me" she started crying .

WHAT THE HELL ???!!!?

I saw the little cockroach going out from the balcony.

I didn't moved nor did she . When will she get down ?

"Are you thinking to sleep like this?" I asked in frustration.

She pulled away. She looked here and there .

"There was a cockroach...I didn't meant to hug you ...." She said in embarrassment.

"Idk if you were scared from the cockroach or the cockroach was scared from you" I said in disbelief.

"How you dare to insult me ??? Everyone have their own fear ....you also might be scared from something , I am sure" she said in confidence.

She and her dumbness .

"There's nothing that can scare me" I said simply .

She was about to argue more but I cut her in between

"Did you ate dinner ?"

"No I was waiting for you" she said .

"Okay bring the food in the room" I said .

I fed her and ate the food with her .

And as usual I slept on couch and she slept on the bed.

But before sleeping I made a promise to myself. Even if they are behind Anya, I'll not let anything happen to her.
